Over the past couple of months, I have experienced major changes in my life. Starting into a new school year which is always different from the last, new music opportunities, meeting new friends, but probably the biggest and saddest one.....4 of my best friends have gone away to college. Though I am a little used to having Jeff and Donny gone, it was the strangest thing not having Lauren, Sarah, Alli and Rachel around to talk to. They are some of the best friends a person could have and I can't say how thankful I am to have them a part of my life.
Here is a post just to them.
Lauren Wallace
Where to begin....I have known you for more than half my life, and we've been good friends ever since the day we met. I'll never forget all the times we've had together. When we were 8 years old, walking around the field outside church picking flowers and playing "My Dolly Playmate",
to when we were 11, talking about getting married and living next door to eachother and planning what we would do every day. To becoming teenagers, developing our personalities and our many "heart to heart" talks. To now....years later...still just as good of friends as when we met and going our separate ways. You and I. Always laughing/giggling/being loud, singing along to songs even if we forget the words and being there for eachother. Some of the best times of my life. I can't describe what an amazing friend you've been to me...my life would not be the same without you. <3 I love you so much. Oh, and you're stunningly beautiful too. Inside and out. :)
Sarah Sebourn
Sarah, Sarah, Sarah.......You make me laugh so much. You and your awkward looks you give me. AND YOUR AMAZZZZZING HUGS!!!! You're the perfect height for hugging! :) (yeah I know that sounds weird.)
All those sleepovers....all the fun times we've had.
I remember meeting you and just thinking how pretty you were, and had no idea what good friends we would become. So many fun times listening to the Beatles, playing volley ball, cooking, playing games....taking pictures, swimming in the ocean. (Oh, you're such a polar bear. Haha!) You're definitely a ray of sun in my life, and I love you very much :)
Alli Wallace
ALLI!!!! I've known you over half my life as well. Even though we weren't as close of friends until more recent years, I always thought you were such a fun girl! And especially since we've gotten older and I've gotten to know you even better, you really are amazing. You have such a fun personality and are a joy to be around and hang out with. Even though I tend to tease you a bit (heheheh), I only do it cause I love you that much. I hope you know that. :) Oh, and you're gorgeous. "Like modelll, cheerleader, something pretty!" I miss you, luv!
Rachel Sebourn
Rachel!! I can't tell you how much I've loved being your friend. Even though you and I have quite different personalities and interests, (in some things) we've always gotten along really well. I've enjoyed our friendship so much and I know you'll do well in your life ahead. I can't wait for you to come back so we can have a sleepover and maybe bake something...even if we do add an extra cup of flower to whatever it is. :) Oh dear....nothing we baked seemed to turn out the way it should have. But hey! It tasted all right!! You're a wonderful person. You're always considerate of others and put them before yourself. You have a big heart and a wonderful spirit. I definitely admire you and count myself lucky to have you among my friends. <3 Oh, and NEVER cut your hair short! :)
If you've found all or some of this cheesy, it doesn't matter. These are my friends who I think the world of and I miss them more than anything.
Study hard and don't forget me! <3
